Can I come to pick them up?

We do not pick ups. As we have our own dispatch system that is the most efficient for you to receive the order. Like most of the online retailers, sorry we do not have a store for you to visit. It is part of the measurement we took to cut our costs so that we can pass the benefits to you.
We do provide 30 days money back guarantee if you need a second thought. You can also make a return claim within the time frame and receive a refund upon the goods being received in original conditions with all packages that we shipped out.

Where are they coming from?

We have specific multiple warehouses and partnered delivery information policies, you will see we have different warehouses in Europe, USA, Asia and Australia.

Do they come with original packaging and manufacturers warranty

All our watches come with original boxes, paper works and authenticity cards from manufacturers. Whatever you will receive from Myer or David Jones, you will get the same set from us. We also provide 2 yrs warranty against manufacture defects and 30 days money back guarantee.

How do I track my shipment tracking number?

Your order will be delivered to you either by Australia Post or DHL.

When can I receive my shipment confirmation?

You will receive your shipment confirmation in the next 48-72 hours after placing the order. If you did not receive within the 72 hours, please contact sales@ozdesignerswatch.com

When can I receive my order?

Normally you will receive your order in 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. However if you do not receive your watch in the time frame after you received shipping confirmation please contact sales@ozdesignerswatch.com

Why haven't I received the invoice or order confirmation?

Please kindly check your junk mail if you did not see them. For yahoo mail users, you won’t be able to see any confirmation emails from us sometimes.

We strongly recommend you send the package with tracking as we will not be responsible for any loss of returns/exchanges if they are not trackable.

We will refund you once we receive the return product. (Exclude shipping and handling fee). We can only refund to your original payment method. Return funds will take 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS depends on your financial institute.

How to request an warranty claim?

Please contact sales@ozdesignerswatch.com with your order number or full name. You will need to mail the watch to our repair centre for the watch to be repaired under warranty.

Ozdesignerswatch provides warranty coverage of generally two year from the date of purchase on all of its watches. For some Casio watches, one year warranty is provided. Our warranty covers the watch movement and watch parts (battery not included) for the time period stated and excludes: watch case, watch bracelet straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage outlined in manufacturer’s manuals, caused by  excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer’s water resistance limitations. For most of the watches with crystals and screws to tighten the hinge between the band and the case, it must be noted that, those crystals and screws are not covered under warranty. Crystals can fall out when impacted, it does not have to be significant pressure. Any bumps or falls can cause the crystals to come off whether inside or outside the watch. The screws that link the band and watch case need to be adjusted regularly to make sure it is tight. We try to adjust them before shipment but we cannot guarantee that all of the watches with screws are tightened. So it is your responsibility to tighten the screws upon reception and afterwards.

How long does the repair work take?

If there is no parts missing , repair will take 2 weeks to complete. However if there any part missing it will take 4-8 weeks for us to repair as parts need to be ordered from manufacturer.
